Kim Vandenberg is an Olympic bronze medalist in Los Angeles, California.

With over three decades as a swimmer and coach, she’s had the joy of teaching thousands of swimmers, from beginners to adults.

Kim’s life in the pool began with a pivotal moment—the near-death drowning of her younger brother at age 2. This close call showed Kim the life-saving power of learning to swim.

Finding confidence in the water became her mission, unlocking a passion for swimming that would change her life.

Kim Swim Studios brings personalized teaching and mentoring to athletes and families, one-on-one.

As an MA student in Psychology, teaching isn't just about instruction for Kim. It's about athletes and their families feeling understood, encouraged, and empowered in the water.
